Polyurethane screen panels combine wear resistance, controlled elasticity and structural support for demanding wet and dry screening duties. Standard hardness range: 83–93 Shore A. Aperture, panel size, reinforcement, fastening method and material formulation can be customized according to the screen machine and operating conditions.

Premature Wear Material formulation and panel thickness are selected for abrasive feed and high-frequency operation.
Blinding and Pegging Elastic screening surfaces and optimized aperture geometry improve self-cleaning performance.
Unstable Installation Modular, tensioned and customized fastening systems are matched to the existing screen deck.
Inconsistent Cut Size Opening tolerance, panel support and layout are controlled for stable classification performance.
